Payroll Release 1983 implements the following service request(s).

83279 - Reactivation of the Staff and Academic Reduction in Time (START)
functionality with modified features and rebranded as the Employee-Initiated
reduction in Time (ERIT) Program.

If you need additional detail please review the release documents.

The functionality is to be delivered as soon as deployment testing is
completed to allow campuses maximum time to enter transactions.
