Payroll Release 1982 addresses three service requests.
  SR83338 - Increasing the contribution rates to the pension plan.
  SR83372 - Updateing the CALPERS employer rates.
  SR83384 - Changing the OPEB rate to 3.51%

If you need additional detail please review the release documents.

The release is date mandated and must be installed after all June 2011 
earnings and before any July 2011 earnings.

We plan to apply the release after monthly reporting for June 2011 is 
completed and before we run the first compute of July.
