We have been given a release to increase the PPS Benefits Rates Table with the Revised Dues Cap for represented employees in the IX and LX Units.  The specific language indicates the following:

“The AFT notified the University of their desire to increase the Dues Cap for represented employees in the IX and LX Units
from $75.00 to $85.00. The increase is effective with June 2013 earnings. There is to be no change to the Agency Fee Cap, the CO Charities Cap or the Un-represented Dues Cap.”

These changes must be in place for these compute cycles:
Implement changes in time to be effective with June 2013 earnings paid on the following cycles:
- MO June 1‐30, 2013 Paid July 1, 2013
- MA June 1‐30, 2013 Paid July 8, 2013
- BW June 9‐22, 2013 Paid July 3, 2013
