We have received the above release for installation on or before November 27, 2015.  This release, as the name indicates, is mandatory to keep the University in line with the requirements of the Affordable Care Act.

This release will implement the Offer of Coverage for the Employer Shared Responsibility provision of the Affordable Care Act. This release is Phase 1 of this Service Request and addresses the changes required for the standard measurement process and some other miscellaneous requirements.

The primary functional impact of these changes will be creation of transactions to update the EDB  Secondary BELI codes indicating eligibility for benefits.  These changes will be applied to the EDB on the day following the annual ACA measurement period. 

This is both date and regulatory required release, as such we need your campus approval as soon as possible.
