This release addresses the issue of opting student employees out of the VOE process for the University.

Functionally this will remove those employees from the extracted data sent to TWN for processing.

Given the desire on the part of many campuses to move forward on using this we would like to install as soon as we can.

Please approve at your leisure.

As always if you have questions, comments, or concerns, please let us know.

As a general note, TWN tell us that they will take 3-4 days to verify each campus' daa as we send it to them.  Which may result in slight delays getting everyone on to the new process.
