Release 1478 consists of two web PAN fixits:

- One is for a problem with the "audit review" selection screen on the web
which I reported. This screen, as well as the inbox and notification
selection screens, gives the user an opportunity to select data based
on a range of dates. In the case of inbox and notification selection,
the initial begin and end date values that are displayed span the
entire range of oldest PAN in the database to current date, whereas
audit review displays current date for both the begin and end values.

There was some discussion about whether audit review might have been
coded this way intentionally, but regardless of the answer, the problem
was that it was impossible to change the year, which placed a limit
on which PANs could be retrieved. For example, if you were to invoke
audit review on January 3rd, you would only be able to see PANS for
January 1st through the 3rd even though the database contained months
of historical entries extending back into the previous year. R1478 modifies
audit review to behave like inbox and notification selection with respect
   to date ranges.

- The other fix removes an unnecessary restriction on the length of the
securityprefix value. This is under the covers from your perspective
but matters a lot to us because our securityprefix values have a
length of 5, however the ucpanrouter.d2w program allowed only 4.
We've had to modify this on a local basis temporarily to get it to work
for those of our sites who have the r1415 web PAN release installed.

May we have your ok to install?
