Release 1630 issues a new template for W-4/DE4 tax reporting in 2005.
Last year, only the year number changed from the prior version.
This time, in addition to the year number change, a few lines are added
"in the certification section of the form as released by the Internal Revenue
Service (IRS) and Employment Development Department (EDD)."

As in the past, the new template is added to the system, leaving
those from prior years in place.

This release contains no program code changes or table updates.
It issues only the template, to be loaded into the DB2 W4D table.

May we have your ok to load the new template?  The release is
designated as urgent, with instructions to install as soon as possible.
