R1613 is a very small release, affecting only one copymember and two
programs, all concerned with monthly interface files created by PPS
for the UC Retirement System.

Program PPI730 is run to create the monthly 'MEM730' transaction file,
and program PPI740 is run to create the monthly 'MEM740' maintenance
and history file.  UCRS has requested that the Department Location
Indicator taken from the Home Department Table, and the assigned BELI
(EDB 0360) that now are conveyed to them in the MEM730 file be moved
to the MEM740 file.  That's all this release does.  There's no impact on
local functionality and there are no table updates.

R1613 is date-mandated to be installed after calendar year periodic
maintenance and before December monthly reporting.  Ok to install
per the timing requirements and after we've completed our testing?
