R1555 is a technical, rather than functional, release, so there won't be
any noticeable changes from the user perspective.  It's purpose is to
address a potential internal table overflow situation in which the quantity
of Leave Accrual Table data is too large (exceeds 200 entries) to be
accommodated.

One copymember (CPWSLATI) and one program (PPLATUTL) are
modified to increase the size of the internal table to 400 entries and to
properly handle overflow situations.  There are no table updates.

R1555 is marked as "Urgent", and per the release letter, "This problem
can adversely impact the execution of programs PPP390 and PPP520".
In spite of that, I don't think we're in any imminent danger.  We've just
finished monthly reporting for all sites, so it will be another month before
we run PPP520 again.  The old size limit of 200 dates back at least to
1988 when the CPWSLATI copymember was introduced.  And,
currently the number of entries in our sites' LAT tables range from 3 at
Hastings to 125 at Riverside, so we're nowhere near maxing out, and
we'll probably hold the release until after I return from vacation.
