UCRS interface program PPI730 operates in two modes:

- STIP reporting for each individual compute.  This is
   run by all of the campuses but not by ASUCLA or Hastings.
- Monthly reporting mode to create the MEM730 file of
   employee title, pay, and contribution information.  This
   is run by all sites.

R1663 modifies the STIP reporting process, in particular
report PPI7305 (UCRS CONTROL FOR TREASURERS
STIP).  An internal table in PPI730 contains entries for
all possible UCRS plan codes along with their associated
account, fund, sub, and type values.  Those with an
'account' value of '*MEMO*' are excluded from the
PPI7305 report and from the STIP data file.

Release 1663's only action is to designate plan codes
40 and 41 (GTN 243 and 253 loan payment amounts, now
sent to FITSC0) as *MEMO* entries.

There are no table updates.
