Release 1594 makes a minor change to program PPP711, which creates
the monthly employee data file for the Corporate Personnel System.
In the set of mappings between PPS separation reason codes and those
used by CPS, our 'CF Per diem release' code is changed to point to
CPS's code '06' instead of '12'.

There are no table updates, and nothing in your local PPS processing
is changed.  Ok to install?
