This release is comprised of only table updates, no program changes at
all.  A transaction is provided to add a new Visa Type of '03',
representing 'Spouse and unmarried children of the O1 or O2 employee' to
the Code Translation Table.  This is a field whose legal values are not
listed in the Data Element Table, but rather are stored in, and validated
against, the CTT, therefore the new value can't be used until the CTT has
been updated.  You can tell when this form of value edit will be invoked
when you see a '6' in the TBL EDT column of the DET listing.

The CICS Help text describing the various Visa Types for the EALN screen is
also updated.
