Release 1585 corrects a problem in the PPP490 generic deduction
reporting program that has always existed, specifically that "PPP490
does not report all deductions on the PPP4903 (Standard Deduction
Report) when an employee has more than 9 PAR File records."
This occurs because a counter field has a size that is large enough to
accommodate only a single digit, and the fix is simply to increase the
size of that counter.

There are no table updates.

R1585 builds on changes that were coded in PPP490 for the r1571 PAR
redesign release and, with your permission, we'd prefer to implement r1585
after r1571, which currently is installed for some sites but not
others.  If r1571
is still pending and you feel there is a greater urgency for your site, let
us know
and we'll reverse the sequence.  Ok to install?
