Greetings all;
This release changes the way the report of employees who had not selected retire options under the 2017 retirement tier are selected.  In specific it addresses the cases where an employee was incorrectly identified as in this state by extending the wait to 95 days from the 90 days originally specified.

There are no changes to the functional use of this report.

This change is minor, but should be approved as soon as possible.
