Release 1595 is billed as the 3rd phase of the PAR Expansion
project, which increased the number of earnings per employee
allowed in a single PAR record from 99 to 500.  This increase
has implications for presentation of data in CICS, i.e., more pages
may need to be displayed.

R1595 modifies many CICS screens:
- to support display of an increased number of pages
- to standardize the number of positions used for page number.
   IHIS, IHHR, IHTX, and IDTC use four-digit page numbers due
   to the nature of their data.  All others use three-digit page numbers.

There are no table updates.  There are CICS help updates to
correct reversed screen-label help for HSLA and HSLV, which
will be implemented later when Bruce returns from vacation.
