R1579 adds a display of employee employment status to two CICS
headers in the position once occupied by social security number prior
to installation of r1573.  These are used for EDB inquiry, updating, and
employment verification function codes.

Additionally, employment status will be displayed in the detail lines of
the WHO screen where SSN has been removed.

There are no table updates.

May we have your ok to install?  San Diego, we must first implement
r1573 for you before we can tackle r1579.  You may already have the
cmppay-l note for r1573, but let me know if you don't, and I'll re-send it.
We'll need an ok for it as well.
