R1685 is a very small release affecting only one program, PPP532.  The sole
action is to remove creation of the Summer Salary Reporting File, which is
no longer needed.  That will allow us to remove operational support such as
the notification to the Librarian about availability of the file, and
because the file will no longer be created, the line displaying the record
count in report PPP5321 is also dropped.

There are no table updates.
