At the present time, none of the ProQuest databases (e.g., PsycINFO, GeoRef, etc.) are available. If you try linking to one of the ProQuest databases, you get an authentication error message.
ProQuest technical support staff are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it. At the present time, there isn’t an ETA for resolution. We’ll send additional CDL Alerts as more information becomes available.
