UCOP is experiencing mail server problems that are affecting most CDL support email addresses that are managed via a ticketing system (a list of these addresses is provide below).

 

If you or any of your campus users have recently submitted a support request to a CDL team or service but you did not receive an immediate confirmation email, that message was not received.

 

Please re-submit your request using our online product portals, or by contacting your CDL service manager at their individual email address.

 

This outage affects most emails sent directly to CDL support email addresses from around July 1st, and is ongoing. It does not affect tickets submitted via a web form.
