As of yesterday, April 1, 2021, most of the licensed Elsevier journal content has been activated for the UC campuses. However, Elsevier is still in the process of activating the titles. In addition, there are a small number of titles
for which details are still being finalized with Elsevier, which may affect individual title access.
Cataloging records and holdings are being updated and will be forthcoming.
Submit problem reports via the UC-eLinks 'Report a Problem' feature or via the CDL Helpline.
