Hello all,
"Spring 2022" is more or less upon us, which means theoretically the CCB could fire up any day now. I have a draft page for the UC Copyright site I'd like you all to take a look at:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1dKI9oH2y3T9JumCmavAue_kUbNGalmQ0UJ0N9N2v6QQ/edit?usp=sharing

In particular,
-Does this answer the basic questions you think folks on your campus are likely to have?
-How do you feel about the final paragraph, where I've mentioned that the campus library may have copyright expertise, while trying not to overpromise on what that expertise can do for them?

In exciting related news, the final rule on library opt outs<https://www.federalregister.gov/public-inspection/2022-04747/small-claims-procedures-for-library-and-archives-opt-outs-and-class-actions> has been issued, and library employees are covered! I'm so grateful to all of my colleagues at UC and beyond who worked to make this happen. If you read the comment, you'll see some familiar institutions mentioned. :)

Best,
Katie
