I know some of you are linking (including in blog posts) to UCB's CASE Act ("Small Claims") guidance page. Well, our library did a migration of the entire library website, and this changed the URLs for all UCB schol comm pages. So please update your HTML with the new link: https://lib.berkeley.edu/research/scholarly-communication/copyright?section=small-claims

And generally speaking, all UCB schol comm pages are now linked through https://lib.berkeley.edu/research/scholarly-communication rather than lib.berkeley.edu/scholcomm
