Hi all:

I'm guessing some of us have already been following this, but if you
haven't, check out the following articles which recap yesterday's oral
argument in the Hachette v. Internet Archive lawsuit regarding controlled
digital lending. The judge didn't make a decision on the motions for
summary judgment yesterday. But a decision could happen soon, or the case
could be pushed to trial.
