Hi, CKG. If you're looking to begin to get a grip on contracts processes at
your library, including whether / how your schol comm office / person
should be brought in on rights issues, Tim and I are happy to talk about
the process we just went through to get the attached memo approved by UCB
library leadership.

You'll see our office is now *officially* integrated into reviewing
agreements like special collections gift / asset purchases, Oral History
Center interviews, library publishing, etc. etc. And we can now make the
world better.
