If you're looking to begin to get a grip on contracts processes at your library, including whether / how your schol comm office / person should be brought in on rights issues, Tim and I are happy to talk about the process we just went through to get the attached memo approved by UCB library leadership.
You'll see our office is now officially integrated into reviewing agreements like special collections gift / asset purchases, Oral History Center interviews, library publishing, etc. etc. And we can now make the world better.
