The University of Michigan is experiencing a mass unplanned network outage. This impacts the eresources they offer at the Fulcrum platform, which is down. They have announced these resources are temporarily unavailable:

• ACLS Humanities Ebook (HEB)
• British Archaeological Reports Digital Collection (BAR)
• University of Michigan Ebook Collection (UMPEBC)

CDL provides access to the UMPEBC ebooks (at fulcrum.org). Campuses may have additional resources locally.

I’m also hearing that this impacts ICPSR, and while this is not licensed through CDL, CDL has an NZ activation on behalf of our subscribing campuses (https://www.icpsr.umich.edu/)
