I am writing to announce the launch of a new online resource, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Scholarly Communication, developed by the University of California Office of Scholarly Communication (OSC). 

Please share with your communities who interact with publishing however you feel is appropriate. Some ideas for sharing include:

• Include in your departmental newsletter
• Send to known editors in your liaison/subject area
• Add as a resource to your relevant library guide

This resource is intended to raise awareness of inequities in publishing and scholarly communication, help people navigate these issues, and offer suggested actions for those who are in a position to make positive changes in this space. 

The content and recommendations are organized by the following stakeholder roles:

• Peer Review and Editorial Boards
• Authors
• Scholarly Publishers
• Libraries
