Hello SCCKG colleagues. UCSF subscribes to the Dimensions Analytics database from Digital Science, paid for by our Research Development Office. The Library is partnering with RDO by supporting users, setting up training, and helping with the renewal, Digital Science wants to raise the annual price pretty substantially, so I'm interested in finding out if there's any leverage we can get through a Tier 2 subscription.

Could anyone who subscribes to either Dimensions or Scopus let me know: 1) which database(s) your campus subscribes to; and 2) how much your campus pays (ballpark is ok) for either database; and, 3) which unit(s) on campus pay for it? If your campus previously had a subscription to either but has cancelled it, I'd like to know about that as well.

Thanks, and feel free to contact me off-list.  Have a great weekend, everyone!
