Used for inbound informational communication to CDL from campuses regarding currently licensed systemwide resources. Where cdlsupport-l is primarily used by external vendors, and ert-l is used for communication between ERT team members, cdl-eresource-l is meant for inbound informational communication from campus contacts (both Resource Liaisons and other library staff). This list will eventually replace RLREPORT-L which was intended for RL communications only. This list should not be used for problem reports or troubleshooting requests from users or campus staff, those should still be handled via communication with the CDL Helpdesk (helpline.cdlib.org).
