The following note was just received from the IDEAL technical support team. They are experiencing network problems so IDEAL is unavailable at this time. Margery --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- November 16, 2001; 9:20 A.M. (Pacific Standard Time) IDEAL Users, The IDEAL host, Abovenet, is experiencing connectivity issues, therefore IDEAL is unreachable at the moment. The system itself is up. Abovenet is researching the problem, however we do not have an ETA for resolution. We will send another message as soon as we have more details or when connectivity is restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
