Greetings;
Pursuant with a request from the UPTE union, and consistent with the agreement with that union, we have received an update to the Monthly cap for Dues.  This change will raise the caps as follows:
RX - Cap will be $85
RT - Cap will be $85
HX - Cap will be $90

We plan for these rates will be installed tonight and will be effective  for the pay cycles paying on 11/27/2019.
