This update will modify only the display names for the UC Core medical plan from “Core Medical” to “Core.”

Only the plan name will be modified, the plan code will remain as it is, ‘AC.’

The update will be applied in a regular control table update and will be in your reporting queue after Friday 2/24/17 processing.
