network problem at UCSD causing problems with some Merritt collections

UCSD reports intermittent internet connectivity, starting around 3:00pm this afternoon. They continue to investigate.

This affects content stored in Merritt storage nodes in the SDSC Cloud Service. We have just begun to move Merritt collections to SDSC; so far this will mostly affect content in a few restricted collections: Open Context, Online Archive of California, and the content from the DPR. Otherwise, the only other content is from CDL collections. Let us know if you experience any problems or have questions. Best wishes,
