This release includes no program code at all, only table updates.
A new 'change reason code' of 'DR' is added to facilitate tracking of
'HMO enrollment changes of employees who change medical plans
due to their HMO primary care physician or group severing their
association with the HMO plan in which the employee is enrolled.'
PPS already records change reason codes. All that is necessary
is to add the new value to:
- the data element table
- the code translation table
- CICS Help
- and the UPAY 850 Benefits Enrollment form. An image of the updated
form is not provided in the release, however per the release letter, it
will be
modified by HR&B Communications.
