Thanks for sharing! That’s nice to read. Taking  $15k as the average BPC and todays exchange rate it would pay for 483 OA books (if Google did the math right) . Libraries in the TOME initiative paid for 175 titles over the last five years, so COPIM funding is a significant step up.
